• Click on the icon above and it will download a small viewer utility.
  
• Save & Run the utility when it’s downloaded and you will see this:
  
  
• Click on “Show My PC” and you will see a “one-time” single session password generated like in the image below:
  
• Provide that one time session password to your MKA contact and they will be able to view/control your screen during this single session.
